You are here: Home / News / Connect Hackney commissioning: FAQ for bidding organisations
Connect Hackney is now commissioning a new round of projects that will start work from April 2018. A series of important documents for bidding organisations can be found here with the invitation to tender.
We are also posting frequently asked questions and answers below. This information will be updated throughout the bidding process.
Question: Can an organisation submit a response to the tender as a lead bidder, and also be a named partner in another bid?
Answer: Yes, but an organisation submitting a response as a lead organisation, can only be named as a partner in one other submission for the same commissioning theme.
Question: Does the Common Measurement Framework ("CMF form") come in any community languages?
Answer: The CMF has been translated into a number of community languages following consultation with the various Ageing Better areas across the country about those with the greatest need. You can download these from the Ecorys website using the links below:
• Arabic • Bengali • Bengali side-by-side • English • English large print • Farsi • Farsi side-by-side • Greek • Gujarati • Gujarati side-by-side • Hindi • Hindi side-by-side • Polish • Punjabi • Punjabi side-by-side • Simplified Chinese • Somali • Somali side-by-side • Spanish • Traditional Chinese • Traditional Chinese side-by-side • Turkish • Urdu • Urdu side-by-side • Vietnamese
Question: Once a participant completes a CMF form, will there need to be a follow-up review at a later date?
Answer: Yes, where there are targets for CMF completion we will require that a follow-up review is conducted at a later stage. The forms for the follow-up review will be provided by Connect Hackney and should be completed at least three months after the initial review but we do recognise that this will vary depending on the project.
